God has Blessed us so!

The following is about the Ambulance bill:

So what an incredibly big day we had!
Thank you all so much, our bill was finally passed through committee. It had to be a unanimous vote, but................................
Chairwoman Delisi decided the bill needed to pass through, even though we had one oppose.
(We do not know who the opposer was).
Thank you all for the PRAYERS and bombarding the Reps with your calls.
You do not know the lives you have saved!
So, now we are on to the the calendars committee to be scheduled for the House to vote on.
Guess what!
Representative Taylor is on the calendar committee (he is also of the appropriations committee- $$$$)
We are working on a Senator to sponsor.
I know that the following pics are WAY out of order. I still have Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, well you get it.
So, while I was busy with the bill today, Derik went to help his grandparents.
And boy did Granny and PawPaw pull a bunny out of their hat...............................................

WELL ACTUALLY A HORSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Meet the newest member of our family
Sadie Sunshine!

Isn't she beautiful!?
So a little history, DabiAunt (my sister) has a paint- named Sugar. Much like her mother, Audrey adores her aunt. Davi is probably Audrey's role model, much like my Aunt Sarah.
Today the horse became a little spooked (nothing serious). Derik said Audrey held on tight and rode it out.
When it was over Derik gave her a high five and she said,
"I have to call my DabiAunt and tell her I'm a real cowgirl, cause I rode a buckin horse!"
Aud names every one of her stuffed ponies, yeah you guessed it, Sugar.
So, she immediately said "How about Sugar."
We told her no.
Travis insisted on "Stripes" Aud quickly informed him that that was an inappropriate name for a girl.
My Aunt Lois has always had horses. As a child I always wanted one, and always loved the name Sadie for a horse.
So Daddy convinced Aud that Sadie was the perfect name. Thank you Daddy.
Derik said the name fits her well.
So here is our beautiful Sadie Sunshine.
She is a welsh paint. The safest and closest we could get to Sugar.
Unfortunately they didn't get more pics of our Princess on the horse. I am going to have her pics professionally done on the horse.

I do not think Audrey has ever been so proud. She smiles with MamMaw, but never like she did today. She could not go to sleep tonight.

Daddy and his lil' buckaroo!

We go and ride Sugar here and there. It is so much fun for the kids, and a safe adventure for Travis. It is one steady thing he has been able to do. Allergy safe.
Please pray he continues to NOT be allergic to animals. Especially horses, dogs and cats.
He loves his horses and puppies so.

Thank you so much Granny and PawPaw. You do not know what you have done for these two-
Dreams come true, Even in Austin!

Sadie had a little accident. She cut her head pretty bad. Daddy was so worried. When he called me I could hear the concern in his voice. I was so worried about Audrey, but Derik said she was the one that notice Sadie was bleeding.
THANK YOU MRS. Sandy T for helping our new dream come true.

Bubba's growing up

My little Bubba Bears is growing up. I had to catch this adorable act. He is such a ham.

Ms. Independent is helping the new Mr. Independent untie his shoes.

I know one of these days I will get it!

Bubba what is wrong with you?!

She told him he was really nasty after she looked on the bottom of that shoe.
I am sure we had been to the barn recently.

Ok, so I haven't been keeping up with everything. This is our puppy Zero. Audrey's 3rd Birthday present (really Daddy's present). Daddy has always wanted a boxer. So we got Aud one for her birthday. His name was Leroy- but Aud didn't like that so she named him Zero. Good strong name to yell at a goof ball puppy!
Daddy said it fits him, because that is what we paid for him.
So now we are a family of 8!
Bubba calls him RoRo.

And so the night began. Lots more pics to come of how the night ended.

Aud and her falling down pig tails. Long, hard day playing with the dogs.

Bubba posing for us, that mischievous smile. He would not keep still.
