Travis feeding himself

For those of you that have fed Travis or been around him while he is eating- you know he is VERY SERIOUS about eating!
I never knew how a child could get so messy while eating- until I had Travis.
He loves to eat- bet you never would have guessed.

He had to lick every bit of the cereal off.

I guess he wasn't full, because he started eating the bowl.

Now he's screaming for more

Please don't take it away Mom.

What a man. Now yall see why I am so in love with him!

Muscle Man!

He was determined to get that foot!

Sorry for the sideways pics!

Who's the Boss

He's waiting Uncle Ronnie! All he needs is an ax handle and a ball of tape.
I pray he will be talented at everything he does. I think Sister has a very special talent- bet you can't guess!

He rarely slept. So when he did we did not dare disturb him!

THE BOSS

Trust me Trav- you better listen!

I'm still waiting!

I told you to listen!

Travis was refusing the pacifier, but Audrey kept telling him "Now Travis you have to take this! Now Travis!" He had a bad case of colic, and she had heard me telling him it would help. She just decided to go the firm route.

Cowboy and Blue-eyed Blond

I know none of you ever thought I would have a blue- eyed child. And I promise they are the prettiest you will ever see. Our Aunt Cathy gave us the horse for Audrey, and the boots and outfit for Travis. I know he will make his Aunt Cathy proud and be the best Cowboy you've ever seen. Don't you just love that face!
Infact we took him to the barn one night. I've never seen a child light up the way he did. He was talking to the horses and trying his best to kiss them. We had him in his Halloween PJ's, so I was scared for him to get too close. Being we were feeding them carrotts!

1 week old

I remember taking these pictures thinking he was the most beautiful boy on earth. A mother's love- I never even noticed how bad he had new born rash. But even now I just see the sweetest child God ever created.

Being the big sister kicks in

Some might think she was being sweet. Travis swore she just wanted to poke his eyes out!

Audrey was immediately drawn to Travis. I taught her at 12 months to start bringing me diapers and wipes. She has always helped with Travis. In the beginning Travis just learned to close his eyes as soon as he saw her coming. Some how her fingers always ended up in his eyes. She eventually got the hang of it, and now they are best friends!
Please forgive the finger in the nose and the hair. That awful haircut was finally growing out.

Our new arrival

Our new arrival sent from above.
A baby brother to protect and love!
Travis Lloyd Westinghouse
8 lbs 3.2 oz. 20.5 inches

Now we are complete- 2 girls and 2 boys. But Daddy is still out numbered!

I could not believe my eyes! This precious boy was mine.

To hold forever and never let go.

You are my heart Brother Bears!

After 39 long weeks, a lot of sickness, tons of dr visits, he finally came!
I had the worst time trying to decide on a middle name, but the moment I saw my big headed, thick legged little angel, I knew exactly what to name him- after his great grandfather.
I thought the second time would be just ok. But it was amazing. I was so scared of a little boy. Little did I know he would steal my heart. Never to be the same.

Let it SNOW!

These are pics of Audrey's first time to play in the snow. She had a blast playing with her cousin Sarah. She did get really mad when Aunt Alicia tried to bring her inside!

Christmas 2004

Audrey and Adam

Audrey and Sami's last present

She wasn't sure what to think, but Nonnie knows the latest fassion!

I think she was buttering him up to take his present!

This was Audrey's 1st Christmas were she openned presents. On her birthday she didn't have to watch others open their gifts. As soon as her cousin Sami openned his last gift, Audrey ran over there and took it from him! She thought they were all for her.

Caught in the act!

Remember Daddy will always be watching- especially when you are a teenager
I'm not sure what happened- this was an unusual site for Audrey.
If I didn't know better, I would say this was Travis!!

Phones Phones Phones! Sorry Daddy, it's already started. I'm sure she was calling Mamaw.

Audrey has been fascinated with electronics her entire life. She has always played with keyboards, old computers, messed up new computers and the DVD player. When she was about 12 months, we caught her putting DVD's in the VCR! We had just moved and didn't have everything out of her way. Daddy caught her in the act!
There is also a pic of her at 4 months playing with her own keyboard. And to this day, do not try to use that key board, it is her's!
For Christmas her daddy got his old laptop fixed. She now has word pad and an artistry program on her punker (her word, not ours). While I do my work, she has to do her work. If DabiAunt is doing homework, Audrey is doing homework. She is too grown up for her own good.
Audrey can make a computer do things you would never believe. Ask her poor aunt how to do homework after Audrey has played with the punker!

What the costume was hiding!

Most of you might remember what was really under her leopard costume. The worst haircut in history.
A few days after Aud's birthday, I decided she would look cute with bangs. BOY was I wrong! I cut them way to short. These pictures were taken right after the pumpkin patch. I really miss this age. She was so precious. I should have named her Derik Jr.

Pink Leopard

Aud's 1st Halloween- Pink Leopard

Every year we take the kids to this pumpkin patch. Audrey loves it! She will ask to go to the punkin match (as she calls it) till Christmas. Well she actually demands to go!

Here are more pics of Audrey on her 1st birthday!
Some are with Mommy and Daddy and then Grandpa Johnny.
You will not believe these blue eyes!!!
