Riding with Davi

This was a usual weekend when Davi was home. Boy do we miss our DabiAunt. But good thing we still have Sugar (that's the horse) and Pap Paw.

Trav was not very happy. His turn was over.

FAAN Day at the Children's Museum

As many of you know Dominique Sachse was the honary Spokewoman for the FAAN Walk a thon. She read ALI the Allergic Elephant.
We had a fantastic day. Poor Trav broke out with hives, so we had to keep him the stroller most of the day. Audrey had a blast playing with all of the different ativities.

My shy little Aud, she did not want to get into the group picture.

Audrey Bears driving Daddy's favorite car!

I love this pic, she still looks just like him!

Yall would never believe, that germ a phobe me let Aud use the face paints on me.

Trav's 1st Day of School!

My baby boy is growing up.
It is actually a Mother's Day out program, but we call it school.
Travis did great, he rarely gets to play with children, so this has been a wonderful experience for him.
He has many friends, and the school is peanut free!
Travis gets really excited about a lot of things, but this was definitely the greatest day to him.
His teachers tell me that everytime he passes Sissy's class he screams Sissy, and tries to run into her class.
He even lays down for a nap- no crying, no fit, nothing! I know Mam Maw and Carol don't believe me, and they say he is the best kid in the class.
Now none of us believe that!

I always pick Aud up first, because she loves to wake Travis up from nap time. She always helps him with his shoes, helps carry his things, and holds his hand to the car. Do not try to get in her way.

Piano with Pap Paw

This is a typical site at Mam Maw's. But this night we were saying bye to our Davi.
So Travis decided to play a song for us, but it did not go as he planned.

Some how, some way he smashed his little finger.

So Pap Paw came to his rescue, and started playing his favorite song.

Well he heard Mam Maw's voice, and started it all over again!

After icing his poor little finger, he took some time out for Zoey.

It was now Audrey's turn. We have adorable pics of Aud as a baby playing. She loves to play. I think both of them will have musical talents, at least I hope. Audrey will be the classical musician, and while Travis will be more of the Jerry Lee Lewis type.

Saying Bye to Davi

It's hard to believe our DabiAunt is away at college. So the night before she left we had dinner and popsicles with Davi. Really the kids only had them. And for some reason, Mam Maw and Pap Paw thought they would let Trav hold it himself.
Boy was he proud!

Whoa that's cold!
Everything would have been ok- if Trav would have stopped showing off that he was holding it himself.

My girls. I just love this pic. We can't believe that both littles girls are so grown up. I will have to find the pic of Davi holding Audrey the day she was born. They have both grown so much!

When Daddy came home

After dinner was over the kids snuggled up on the couch. Well actually Audrey snuggled up and Travis was jumping off the top- until I caught him.

Here you see Sissy consoling him and rubbing his back. She is the best sissy ever. Every morning Travis cannot wait to wake Sissy up. He always runs if he hears her cry.

But then Daddy came home..............

As Pap Paw would say.....

Two Peas in a Pod.

And Bubby ends the night picking his nose- don't know where he got that from??

Spaghetti O's

Daddy had to work late, so we had a TV tray night. Travis and Aud love speghetti o's and it is 1 thing he can eat!!
Needless to say they are so messy I don't take the chance.

This child is so gorgeous! Look at those eyes!
He is always doing exactly what Sissy does.

My handsome boy. Mam Maw would never believe we were watching Chicken Little- no Shrek- YEAH!!!
Gosh she's beautiful!

Bubba couldn't sit still long.

Four Wheelin

Sissy was playing on the slip n slide, so Bubby started riding his four wheeler. He had the best time.

Till it got stuck in a whole!

So he thought he would ride Sissy's.

Wrong!

So his trusty dog decided to come help.

Travis eventually gave up and went back to the slip n slide. Sissy saw him fall and came to help. As long as he doesn't want to ride her 4 wheeler- she's the best sissy ever.

Slip and Slide fun

Nonnie bought Audrey a slip in slide (along time ago). The kids are finally old enough to have some fun with it.
So we broke it out, and had an awesome day!
Derik and I learned that slip and slides really are just for kids. We both ended up with headaches and a really sore back. But we had fun!

Audrey wasn't much for Daddy throwing her down the slide. In fact evertime we went to touch her she would scream. So she scooted herself down the slide.

Travis on the other hand........

Enjoyed the heck out of it!!!

Notice his trusty dog in all the pics.

Poor Little Man, bout had a heart attack that day.

Planting flowers

Audrey painted me a flower pot at school. It is adorable, but I think the flowers were duds, because they never grew!

Baby Belly!

Ok I'll have to edit the photo, but this one is too cute. Before I would let Aud have anymore grapes to eat she had to show us she had swallowed everything. Well, this carried over into everything that was small and round.
Mommy and her are eating popcorn.
One of my many wonderful days on the couch while prego with Trav.

If you can't tell, I am really missing pregnant belly. Ignore the road map on my belly.
Derik and I were trying to catch Trav moving around. Needless to say I still had about 3 months left. This was right after Christmas.
Even though I was so sick and had to lay around so much with Trav. Boy do I miss that belly!

We eventually got smart and got out the video camera. You can't see him moving on this camera -DUH!!!

Little advice. I know we are so miserable the last trimester, but ENJOY IT! You may never get to experience it again.
