Trav's 3rd Birthday!
I could not believe my eyes! This precious boy was mine.To hold forever and never let go.
You are my heart Brother Bears!
The big boy wanted a Mickey Mouse birthday party. So Mrs. Wendee made him the most adorable Mickey Mouse outfit.

My angels!
He had no desire to take pictures for me.
Gosh I love them!
Miss Brittany brought Royal. And Aunt Steph and Lys wouldn't miss the party.
Mrs. Angela watching the boys. See little Cade, in the green. I always call him my boyfriend. Travis always tells me NO HE IS NOT!
I wish you could see how hard he was laughing.
Ben and Jonathan being boys.
He was mad because Daddy wouldn't let him light it.
Make a wish my love.
Can't get enough of this girl!
This is me thanking all of my friends and family for everything they do for my little man, aud and me. Do you think the kid cares what I am saying?
Wonder where he got it from LOL!
Our beautiful, wonderful Brittany!

Our Aunt Steph and Lys.

Travis got a big boy bike (he has been riding my sister's old bike).

Travis and Milk
If everyone could please pray for Travis. He is having a tough time. He has had bad stomache aches (due to food), hives and his behavor is CRAZY!
We recently moved, and in the same week Derik went out of town. Travis is not coping well, because he had lived at our old house his whole life. Every night he cries to go home. We are buying our friends' house, and he knows that Sean and Shaunda used to live here. I ask him how he likes our new home and he says, no Sean's home. He is very upset. I even caught him walking out the front door at 2:30 in the morning (he can unlock it, but we have a chain lock on it.). He told me- no I go my home. He even made a song up about how this is Sean's home (and a little dance).
He really misses his daddy, and daddy won't be home for another week.
To add to it all, his milk allergy has become worse. He cannot tolerate ANY contamination of milk. Please pray for him. He is having such a hard time with all of this.
Love yall,
F

HOUSE BIll 2827
Last Tuesday we received Travis' new test results.
Of course it still showed the Peanut, Milk and Egg allergy.
He has grown out of his corn, tomato and pea allergy (but he still cannot eat). YEAH!!!
Another praise- all of the nuts- pecan, walnut, almond (Mommy and Daddy's favorite), coconut, and one other- HE IS NOT ALLERGIC TO!!!
We found out 2 horrible things, one that I was totally prepared for. I had been telling Derik for months I knew he was allergic to Wheat.
The thing that totally stop me in my TRACK- that he is more allergic to a HORSE than to a PEANUT.
Now, the blood test could be a little off because of his exposure to horses, but he is allergic for sure.
He has not been exposed to a peanut since September of 2006. Little disturbing that it was so high, considering his exposure time was so long ago.
Of course we had a hunch about the horse, but had hoped it was the pecan pollen at his grandparents'.
It totally devastated me. He talks about his horse in his sleep. But I know he will grow out of it, he is just the perfect cowboy.
So we went out of town, and had a wonderful Father's Day weekend together.
But the best thing that could have happened did!
On Friday House Bill 2827 became a law!
Big thanks to GOD,
Cari Christman and Carrie Simmons in Rep Taylor's office, and Beth Black in Sen Jackson's office.
And of course to our wonderful Representative Taylor and Senator Mike Jackson.
Thank you to my parents for telling me to call both legislatures. A very special thank you to Janis Roderman, my wonderful husband, my mom, my dad and sister, and all the friends and family that supported me through the process. I would like to thank my uncle, Dan, for staying on top of the process and his efforts. Thank you to all the allergy parents.
None of this would have happened with out that special little boy being brought into my life.
Don't be shocked when I am back in Austin!
We are already working on legislation for next session, and I want to add asthma to the mix.
We are seeing a connection with Autism and food, so maybe I will tackle that one day.
Thank you to everyone that called, prayed and supported. You don't know how many lives you have saved!

Trav's Potty Training
Every morning Travis wakes up while I'm getting ready. This one particular morning he woke up when I was finishing my make-up. I thought. Oh he's fine, I'll finish. WRONG!
I could hear him laughing louder and louder. I walked into the room with a smile that faded really quickly- so did my voice. As I was saying what are you doing- I noticed he had taken off his diaper (by the way it had poop in it), most of it fell out in the bed, then he wiped it all over the bed, the bedding and oh yes HIS FACE! I'm not sure if he was trying to taste it or what. Mamaw said he was just wiping himself.
Really quickly he started crying and gave me that pitiful face. It didn't work at first, because I had a really important meeting.
We have found Travis with his diaper off a lot lately. So we make sure he has something else on with it. His new thing is to stand up in the tub and pee on sister.
Yes, we know he is all boy.

Travis' 1st Birthday
We all know how much Audrey loves being a big sister. He had the best time playing at Granny's. It's probably because she lets him get away with everything!
My little boy is all grown up! I cannot believe he is one! He has the sweetest face.
But he is half demon- he gets that from Derik's side. Last weekend at my mom's he tore the texture and sheetrock off of the wall in her bedroom. Of course Mamaw wasn't as upset as Mommy. We will have to take that out of his college fund.
